Here is, a blast from the past. This was when I was with Sting in Paris 1985 for thé launch of his new first solo album "The dream of the blue Turtles" the line up for the show was,
Bransford Mars alis: sax Kenny Kirkland: keyboards, Darryl Jones: bass, yes the same one! And Omar Hakim: drums. For me this was Stings first crossover from pop to Jazz fusion.
The show was later used in the documentary " Bring on the night" to be seen on YouTube. # sting
